Change your details and choose which notifications you want to receive.
Manage your profile
Your profile holds your name, email, phone number, birthday, and any other details you have shared. You can update this information anytime by opening the Profile or Settings section in the app or on the website. Just tap the field you want to change, enter the new information, and save.
Keeping your profile up to date ensures you receive notifications, birthday offers, and important account messages at the right address. If your phone number or email changes, update it right away so you do not miss anything.
Notification preferences
You choose which notifications you want to receive. Go to Notification Settings in your profile and toggle each type on or off. You can get alerts for new campaigns, rewards you have unlocked, tier changes, birthday offers, referral bonuses, and more - or turn them all off if you prefer a quieter inbox.
Push notifications appear on your phone, while email and SMS options let you stay informed even when you are not in the app. You can mix and match - for example, get push alerts for earned rewards but email only for monthly summaries.

Privacy and security
Your profile information is kept private and used only to deliver the loyalty program experience. You can review our privacy policy anytime to see how your data is used, and you can request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it through the Privacy section of your profile.
