Join a waitlist or book a table

Join the queue or reserve a spot online and get notified when it is your turn.

What is the waitlist feature?

Some businesses use a digital waitlist to manage walk-in customers or let you reserve a table in advance. Instead of standing around or calling to check your spot, you join the queue from your phone and get notified when your turn is coming up. You can see your position in real time and know exactly when to arrive.

The waitlist also lets you book a specific time slot if the business offers reservations. Either way, it saves you time and takes the guesswork out of busy hours.

How to join the queue

When a business has a waitlist, you will see a Join Waitlist button in the app or on their website. Tap it, enter your party size and any special requests, and you are added to the queue. You will get a confirmation with your position and an estimated wait time.

As the line moves, your position updates automatically. When you are near the front, you will get a notification letting you know it is almost your turn. If you are not there yet, you can let the business know you need a few more minutes.

Booking a reservation

If the business accepts reservations, you can pick a specific date and time instead of joining the walk-in queue. Browse available slots, choose one that works for you, and confirm your booking. Some reservations require a small deposit to hold your spot - the amount is shown before you confirm, and it is fully refundable if you cancel with enough notice.
